I promised last week I would start to give you more of an insight into the Triple-A-Way Membership and the approach I advocate for weight loss.
So my plan is to give you a brief overview of the Membership and what it contains and then the 3 what I call guiding "fun-da-mentals" behind the program that when worked on help you find lasting weight loss and food freedom.
Called "fun-da-mentals" as a reminder that life is about living. We have one life and it is too short to do something that sucks!

So what is the Triple-A-Way Membership all about?
As a 'dieter', for years, your days and lives will have been consumed with thoughts about what you can and cannot eat, do or not do, plus many, many, more!
This is the life of your typical “Despondent Dieter”.
You will have been on what will feel like a never-ending diet cycle that will have been mentally and physically draining.
In the Membership, we work on breaking free of this and finding a new road to weight loss that leads to you gaining life and food freedom once and for all.
The Triple-A-Way Membership is not a 'diet', it is a holistic approach to life and food and this starts with gaining awareness of your body, mind, and soul.
The more aware you are, the more readily you can figure out the actions to take and then work on being accountable for your choices, and then the easier it becomes for you to achieve your goals.
The Triple-A-Way focuses on your personal relationship with life, weight loss, food, and everything, at the fundamental level rather than the superficial, and I teach you how you can gather awareness, take action and be accountable in the signature course attached to the Membership. I will cover each of the modules in the coming blogs to give you a taste of these too.
As a member, you would get access to coaching from me in group coaching calls where I can support you with whatever has been coming up for you in life and weight loss to derail you or to answer a question.
Members can submit written questions that are then shared to everyone via the dedicated Facebook group where we hold each other accountable, share wins, seek support, and share etc.
We also currently have a weekly live training call where we discuss a specific life or weight loss topic. At the moment, we have been deep diving these lives, where the members share what they have learnt, what came up for them, how they are going to apply this, and what actions they will work on going forward.
I also have a growing suite of other tools and resources and if there is something specific coming up for people I can create a resource to help.
At its core, the Triple-A-Way is a life and weight loss membership that provides women with all the tools and support they need to lose weight for the last time, without feeling restricted. It helps women just like you to take control over your life and food so that weight loss becomes a second thought rather than a daily battle of wills that is all-consuming.
The 3 Fun-Da-Mentals
So the 3 guiding Fun-Da-Mentals, really these are all you need to remember and work on for lasting change.
First up is..
Awareness
So why is awareness one of my Fun-Da-Mentals?
Well, because it is everything!
Without awareness, you cannot know what needs working on and so you would stay the same.
To lose weight for the last time, you need to get to know yourself and your relationship with food. You need to get to know your body and mind. Why you eat, when you eat, how you eat, and whether that is working or not working for you.
Sounds like hard work but I promise it is not!
There are just 4 simple steps I recommend you to take daily which are, make realistic commitments for the day for how you want to show up, assess how it went with curiosity and kindness, work on listening for and eating in line with, your body's actual physical hunger and satisfaction levels and share it with others. With these steps alone you will lose weight.
But if you really want to move the needle, when you are ready you then get into the slightly more advanced work which is in a module called Mind Ninjery which is where I teach you all I know about coaching so you can start to self-coach yourself in life and weight loss and this ladies is game-changing!
So that is awareness.
Action
Is what is says on the tin. Once you become aware of what you want to work on you need to take action. Awareness plus action = results.
Actions need to be small and doable so you do not know you are doing them.
They can be different daily so you do not get bored but you are basically taking the steps you personally need to based on your personal awareness to change your habits.
The reason the Triple-A-Way method is so powerful and works is because it is flexible and adaptable to your individual needs at every stage of your life so you are not just doing the same shizzle.
And if you get you stuck you reach out for support from others or via coaching as we are in this together.
Accountability
Accountability is about working on self-accountability, so working on and holding yourself to your realistic commitments and agreeing with yourself to keep figuring it out no matter what. Ultimately if you want to change you need to take ownership for your actions without judgment and decide how you want to show up next time.
This said, sometimes you may need a little help and this is where coaching and the Membership comes in. You may feel after years of knocks you don't believe you can do it so to start off with you can borrow the beliefs of others this is why sharing with others is so key.
There will be times when you feel like things are not going as planned, that you are off track, that it is hopeless as that is how the brain and life works but accountability to others in a community provides you with a non-judgemental group of friends to lean on when you need it.
In Conclusion...
