I want to talk all about you and how you can tap into your personal power and use it to achieve anything you want in life.
So many of us go through life without ever tapping into our personal power.
We often don't take the time to figure out what we really want and just let life take us along. Leading to us feeling stuck and unfulfilled.
But, it doesn't have to be that way!
In this episode, I'm going to show you how to change all that and start living the life you've always wanted.

I know it can seem easier to stay where you are. Not rocking the boat. Maintaining the status quo and just letting life happen.
I get it believe me. Everything can feel so hard as we sit wishing for an easier life. Not knowing what we want but just knowing we want things to be different.
This was definitely me in my 20/30s. Constantly comparing myself to others and feeling inadequate. Lacking in self-confidence, unable to make decisions and too scared to do anything I thought was a risk or too hard in case I failed.
I really get what it is like to feel stuck, trapped, unfulfilled, out of control, overwhelmed, discouraged or hopeless and generally stuck in a rut and that sucks and is hard too.
As one of my coaches used to say 'chose you hard'. Do you want to stay where you are and experience that difficulty or work on making the change?

There is no right or wrong.
The first step towards tapping into your personal power is understanding yourself and the first step in the Triple-A Method is always 'Awareness'. You need to know what makes you tick and which areas of life are most important to you.
Self-reflection can really help here, as could coaching.
We all have something that is important to us.
Identifying these types of questions can help you create a clear vision of what you want out of life.
Once you have that clarity, it’s time to set some goals and create a plan for achieving them.
This is where the rest of the Triple-A Method comes in we are into action and accountability. The doing and the getting shit done (with love).
You don't have to be perfect. In fact don't be perfect. Mess up and learn.

Your personal power comes from identifying who you want to be and then looking at set about making that happen. So you need a plan.
A goal without a plan is just a wish. A plan without action is just taking notes.
You need both a plan and action to make it happen.
So take some time to map out your goals, break them down into smaller actionable steps and start implementing them today. Set yourself deadlines for each step, tell someone you trust about your plan so they can hold you accountable, tell the Wellness 4 Women Community.
Ok so you have your plan. You have broken it down into bite-sized chunks, created deadlines and possibly even got a coach to help keep you accountable.
Now what? Now we take action! Taking action means doing the work. This means actually implementing the steps in your plan and making progress towards reaching your goals.
You deserve to live your happiest and best life. To be all you wish to be and to have abundance in all you do.
This starts with understanding yourself more and your drivers. Taking action helps you to test this to build momentum but working on consistency, motivation, dedication and patience is where the rubber really meets the road.
What are you going to do when there is a bump in the road?
Right now you will likely deal with it how you always do. What is that for you? What do you do? Where do you go? How do you think or feel when the going gets a little bit tougher?
It is so easy to get discouraged again 1000% percent been there and got the T-Shirt.
My typical go-to when things are getting tougher is avoidance. I have a whole set of possible activities when I am triggered…
Procrastinating, procrasastnacking, procrastanapping, procasascrolling, procrastercaffinating, procrastacleaning even 🤣 unless it is the cleaning I am trying to avoid. I know this because I have a really got in tune with how I tick.
From there I go through my discovery cycle the 5 d's of action.
News flash!
You will still get frustrated when things don't go to plan.
There will still be times when you doubt yourself and question whether you should quit.
It will feel like you are banging your head on a brick wall.
But you can find a way.
You will find a way with loving curiosity and patience. A shit ton of patience.
Taking control of your personal power is not always easy – but it can be incredibly rewarding when done right!
By taking the time to understand yourself better, setting realistic goals with achievable plans of action, taking consistent action towards those goals while building resilience along the way – anyone can unlock their own personal power and reach new heights of success in whatever field they choose!
With enough determination, we all have the potential to tap into our own inner strength – so put in the work today and start seeing results tomorrow!
